Order Confirmation: All orders will be confirmed through Phone and Email. It’s customer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping details to confirm the order.
Shipping: After the customer order is confirmed, it takes 2 business days to prepare the laptop to be shipped.
Shipment: We offer free shipment through UPS/USPS
Delivery Time: Normally the shipment will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days, but in case of any unforeseen reason, you’ll be informed.
Delivery Lost and Damage Claims: In case the product is lost by the shipping company during shipment or damaged, we’ll initiate a claim with the shipping company. The claim amount after it has been processed by the shipment company will be given to the customer.
The Company is not liable for lost and damaged products during shipment.
